Here is what Dan had to say ...

"Here is what I found in Washington state USA.
It has a mercury capri 2800 v6 and auto trans and some rear flairs.  No dash or heater. Looks like it has been sitting for many years.  Called "Half Pint". My Dept of licensing says it was not registered in Wash. state.  Maybe some of your visitors would recognize it ?? 
I will get it going this summer."
